A vessel is normally affected under various loads throughout its life, and the vessel hull shall be able to maintain its strength against those loads. KangNam uses structural analysis programs for individual classes, or general-purpose structural analysis programs like NE.Nastran, Lloyd class society to perform structural analysis of the mid-ship, engine room and so on in consideration of the static and dynamic load caused by the hull movement or cargo, and local detailed structural analysis of the parts where stress is concentrated. Thereby we are engaging to secure structural stability of the ship and optimize designs.
Vibration is the most important point to estimate ship's capability in the views of structural safety, security of equipment function, crew's working environment.
To build superior ship, there will be needed in study of vibration peculiarity from general vibration analysis which has been resulted at the initial stage of design and will then needed to make some countermeasures to be reflected to design(anti-vibration is essentially required) as for the sake of prevent excessive vibration.
Kangnam is implemented a general-purpose analysis program, the NE NASTRAN System, and is performing Vibration Analysis. furthermore we are currently performing vibration comparison, investigation using by various kinds of our measuring equipments.

In 1997, Kangnam obtained the certification from Korea Registered Class, which is allowed for the whole processes of ship-building such as sales marketing, design, production, inspection, delivery and additional required services in the business field of FRP ship, construction of steel block etc.
In 2000, Kangnam obtained the certification which is allowed for repair(s) and its additional services in the business of repairing ship. We have preserved in our efforts to improve whole businesses applied by ISO Quality Management System and in our efforts to meet customer's requirement throughout whole system of munitions regarding main combat, assistant military vessels and auxiliary military vessels etc.
To get absolute reliability, we Kangnam obtained the certification of National Quality Management System through strict investigation of building site with DQAA and we are continuously performing improvement of quality system and making plan of some necessary processes to apply products according to the requirement of regulation.
To make plan and come true its plan, we are performing quality planning activities such as necessary operation process and their related sources.
